What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, email, and anything you choose to add about your company, your role, your budget, and the work you want done.
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics to understand how the site is used. These do not track you across other sites and do not build an advertising profile of you.
How we use it
We use your information to read your message, reply to you, scope possible work, and run and improve this website. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to operate, such as hosting, a database for storing form submissions, and an email provider for replying to you. They process data only to provide those services.
Retention and your rights
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up or meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@theraven.ai and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
